I don’t usually do these things but I felt I should share this with everyone. Listening for Lucy is a charity group organised for a local girl on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Lucy is 2 years old and was born with Goldenhar syndrome which has caused a variety of cranio facal abnormalities and significant deafness.
If you click the link above it will take you to a Sunsuper Dreams page where you can vote for Lucy and if they receive enough votes, will win a $5000 grant to make her dream come true… new ears. Lucy requires an operation to be able to hear properly again, the operation can only be done in America and costs $60 000 so this $5000 will be really really helpful.
Lucy is a beautiful little girl and deserves to have ears so she can fully experience the world. Please share this with all your tumblr friends and vote so she can get her new ears!
